Warranty

Richy Hair carries a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all human-hair products.

The warranty applies when

  • the hair was applied and maintained by a Richy-certified stylist
  • Richy tapes and Richy care products were used
  • the home-care guide was followed

Not covered

Chemical processing beyond a certified stylist's colour adjustment, cutting or heat on the attachment tabs, improper removal, normal wear, and natural variation in shade or texture between batches.

How to claim

Go back to the salon that applied the hair. The warranty is honoured through your stylist, never directly.

The stylist contacts their regional Richy office with photos and the batch number.

Approved claims receive a replacement or a credit to the salon.

The fine print

Whether a defect is a manufacturing defect is determined by Richy Hair quality control. Richy Hair may issue a partial, pro-rated credit based on how long the hair was in use. This warranty is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, and Richy Hair is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the product or its use.
